Carpal Tunnel Syndrome with Co-existing Pathology

In this first Case of the Month, I present an individual with carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) and co-existing pathology. I demonstrate my sonographic approach to evaluating CTS and how my protocol uncovers additional underlying pathology.
